十一、书面通知
通知是上级对下级、组织对成员或平行单位之间部署工作、传达事情或召开会议等所使
用的应用文。通常包括三部分内容： 1. 通知的内容； 2. 通知的时间、地点及对象； 3. 通知的
注意事项及活动意义。通知要求言简意赅、措辞得当、时间及时。通知标题一般为
NOTICE/Notice ，居中。然后是正文，最后通知发布的单位或个人通常放在右下角，发布时
间也放在右下角。具体写作结构如下：
1 ．开头句
(1) “目的”的常用表达
in order to/aim to do sth/be aimed at doing sth/with the aim of doing sth 为了……
promote one ’ s understanding of... 提高某人对……的理解
have a better understanding of... 更好地了解……
arouse/arrest one ’ s interest in... 引起人们对……的兴趣
raise/increase/enhance people ’ s awareness of... 提高人们对……的意识
learn more about the development of... 更多地了解……的发展
make your school life colourful/add colour to your school life 让你的校园生活多姿多彩
(2) “主题”的常用表达
We ’ ll hold...with the topic/theme of.../(which is) entitled/themed on.../whose topic/theme is... 我们
要举办一个主题为……的……
2 ．中间句
(1) “安排”的常用表达
...is scheduled/expected/due to be held in...at... 将于…… ( 时间 ) 在…… ( 地点 ) 举行……
As scheduled ， ...will be held in...at... 按计划，将在…… ( 地点 ) …… ( 时间 ) 举办……
...is going to be held in...at... ， which is located in... 将于…… ( 时间 ) …… ( 地点 ) 举办……，该……

3 ．结尾句
(1) “注意事项”的常用表达

do...Secondly ， you are expected to do... 此外，还需要向你们告知以下要求。首先，记住做…
…第二，你应该做……
Participants are required to... 要求参加者……
You ’ re required to bring...so that you can... 你需要携带……，这样你才能……
(2) “活动意义”的常用表达
It offers us a chance to... 它给我们提供了一个机会去……
The activity will provide a good platform for promoting... 这项活动将提供一个促进……良好的
平台。
