七、推荐信

推荐信是向对方推荐一个人、一个地方或一件东西等。信中应提出推荐的理由并介绍自

己推荐内容的优点。因此整篇文章应用一般现在时。具体写作结构如下：

1 ．开头句

(1)I am both honoured and pleased to recommend... 我很荣幸也很高兴推荐……

(2)I am writing to you to recommend... 我给你写信是要推荐……

(3)It is with great pleasure that I take this opportunity to give...a recommendation. 我很高兴借此机

会推荐……

(4)Hearing/Learning that... ， I would like to recommend... 了解到……，我想推荐……

(5)Delighted to know that you are going to... ， I would like to offer my recommendation. 很高兴得

知你将……，我很愿意向你推荐。

2 ．中间句

(1)The reason why I recommend...is that... 我推荐……的原因是……

(2)It makes me delighted that you show great interest in...and that you want to know something

about... 我很高兴你对……很感兴趣，并且想知道有关……的一些情况。

(3)I recommend it mainly for the following two reasons. 我推荐它主要有以下两个原因。

(4)I recommend that you...so that you can... 我建议你……以便你能够……

3 ．结尾句

(1)If you need further information ， don ’ t hesitate to contact me.Looking forward to your

early/prompt reply. 如果你需要进一步的信息，请不要犹豫与我联系。期待你的早日 / 及时回复。

(2)Your taking my recommendation into consideration will be highly appreciated/expected. 我很感

激 / 期待你能考虑我的建议。

(3)I do hope that you can find my recommendation beneficial.Looking forward to your

early/prompt reply. 我希望我的推荐对你有帮助。期待你的早日 / 及时回复。
