Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization and the increase of traffic density, vehicle reversing radar has emerged and
become one of the standard safety configurations of modern vehicles. This paper systematically discusses the key
contents of the research and design of vehicle reversing radar. Firstly, starting from the working principle, the paper
analyzes in detail how the radar captures the information of the surrounding obstacles through ultrasonic technology
and converts it into driver-friendly feedback. Secondly, the paper discusses the main components of the astern radar,
such as sensors, electronic control units and display interface, and expounds their key roles in the whole system. For
the design requirements, this paper emphasizes the importance of accuracy, reliability and perfect integration with the
vehicle. It then contrasts the similarities and differences between traditional ultrasonic radar and modern technology
trends, such as electromagnetic wave technology, and highlights the potential of intelligent and adaptive
characteristics in future development. In general, through in-depth analysis and discussion, we can understand the
irreplaceable role of vehicle reversing radar in ensuring driving safety and increasing driving convenience, which is
crucial to modern traffic safety
