摘 要

3-6 岁儿童学习与发展指南》将保健列为幼儿园五个主要领域之一,强调了保健的重要意义。良好

的饮食习惯可以为孩子提供足够的营养,从而使孩子健康、健康地成长,因此,对孩子的养成非常重要。

小班儿童的身体和心理都处于发育的最低点,他们有很大的可塑性,更易于形成和发展出好的饮食行为。

本文通过对贵港市某幼儿园小班学生用餐的外部行为的观察,对其用餐过程中的外部行为进行了分析。

根据对观察资料的整理,并与教师家长和保育员进行访谈,分别从进餐的速度、进餐专注性、进餐规则性、

进餐独立性、挑食偏食行为、自身情绪、食欲好坏、吃零食行为等八个维度,对幼儿在进食行为上的表现

现状展开分析,最后归纳出了小班幼儿进食行为的特点。第五部分,针对小班儿童饮食行为的改进,给出

了一些针对性的对策。

Investigation and analysis of infant feeding problems

Abstract

The Guide to Learning and Development for Children aged 3-6 highlights the importance of health care as one

of the five main areas of kindergarten. Good eating habits can provide enough nutrition for children, so as to make

children healthy and healthy growth, therefore, it is very important for children to develop. Small class children are at

the lowest point of physical and psychological development, they have great plasticity, easier to form and develop

good eating behavior.

Based on the observation of the external behavior of a small class of kindergarten students in Guigang City, this

paper analyzes the external behavior in the process of dining. According to the collation of observation data and

interviews with teachers, parents and childcare staff, the present situation of children's eating behavior was analyzed

from eight dimensions, namely, eating speed, eating concentration, eating regularity, eating independence, picky

eating behavior, mood, appetite and snack-eating behavior, and finally the characteristics of eating behavior of

children in small classes were summarized. The fifth part, aiming at the improvement of small class children's eating

behavior, gives some targeted countermeasures.
